As part of World Youth Skill Day, we will be conducting various competitions for all age groups. Entry to competition is FREE.

Competitions for this year will be broadly on this theme:

Recycle the present and save the future

Create an innovative design using 3 to 5 Different materials – (Use of materials like plastic, glass, fabric, jute, etc….,)

Texture Painting – (Theme :Life during Covid )

Design your ideas for differently abled people – (Considering the satisfaction comfort and safety of the Differently abled people. Any product design which will make their life easier)

Re Modelling/Restoration – (Anything from old to new)

Refresh your Forgotten Skills – (Go through your time machine and get back your skills. Ex : Broom stick art, Palm leaf art design, Match stick art, Copra carving, Jute work)

01. Eligibility

Open to all and NO Registration FEE

02. Registration Period

Open Registration- starts from 01st July 2020 and Closing Date is 15th July 2020.

04. Registration Requirements

Your Registration must meet the following criteria:
-- Must be your own original work.
-- Must be a follower of Queens school of Design on Instagram and Facebook
-- Must follow all rules as described in each Competition description as well as General Rules.
-- You have to send your 3 live working videos in a part wise like part 1 : Start, Part 2 : Middle, And Part 3 : Final Output along with some Photos . Video duration : 2 mins each.

05. Submissions must not

-- Violate any third party rights, including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademark rights, or rights of privacy and publicity
-- Contain defamatory statements
-- Include threats to any person, place, business, or group;
or
-- Be obscene or indecent. Any elements that appear in the submission, including, without limitation, images, text, or other materials used must be entirely original and created by the entrant, or be in the public domain. Use of any elements that are not original or in the public domain will result in disqualification of a submission, in Queens School of Design sole discretion.

06. Winner Selection

All entries will be judged by the individual contest’s committed jury. The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received and the quality of the entries. The decision of Queens School of Design, as applicable, shall be final and legally binding as it pertains to this Contest. The winning entry will also be announced on Instagram, Facebook and Queens School of Design website.

07. Prizes

-- Attractive Prize(s).
-- Attractive Prize(s) will be as announced to the individual competitions.
-- Limit to one prize per person, per contest.

08. Conduct

By participating in queens school of design competitions, each entrant agrees to abide by these general rules and the decisions of the queens school of design and judges, which are final and legally binding as they pertain to the contests. queens school of design reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of the general rules. queens school of design reserves the right to lock out an entrant whose eligibility is in question or who has been disqualified or is otherwise ineligible to enter.
